Handling Glassware in a Bar

Use this interactive module to define different glasses and then find out how this may apply to your own company and what the differences might be. You will also discover the importance of washing glasses correctly and the professional techniques of polishing glassware. Whether you work in an informal bar or high end establishment customer will always expect clean glasses! This module is designed for bar staff to develop base understanding of the importance of handling glassware professionally and should be used with the Prepare and Close a Bar module to complete knowledge and understanding of the standard and procedures in a bar.
